OST Department of Public Safety

The same application is used for all positions within the Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety, however depending on the position being applied for determines what physical is used. Attached are the pdf physicals for each division; Law Enforcement, Corrections, Communications, and Administrative. In addition, Law Enforcement has an additional form that applicants need to fill out as well, it is called an SF-86. There is additional attachment if they run out of room on the SF-86 which I have included as well, called the SF86A. All the PDF forms are fillable.
